In most cases, best rest is not required. We encourage the patient to walk on the same evening of the surgery. Being active and mobile not only helps patient feel better but also reduces the risk of deep vein thrombosis.

Most patients are able to return to work within 4-5 days, while some may prefer to rest for a week. It generally depends on your comfort level.
